CrossFit Reebok Motor City is one of the UAE's most competition-oriented CrossFit affiliates - the coaching team actively prepares athletes for the CrossFit Open and regional competitions while maintaining accessible programming for fitness-focused members who simply want to get fitter. The box is spacious, the Rogue equipment is maintained well, and the community is tightly knit around the Motor City residential community. The coaches are experienced competitors themselves and the programming reflects that - there's a proper athletic development arc if you want it.
