The coaching team is knowledgeable and hands-on, programming blends proper strength development with classic CrossFit metcons, and the member community is unusually welcoming to beginners without dumbing anything down for experienced athletes. Classes run from 5:30am through to 8pm and drop-in visitors are genuinely made to feel at home. If you live or work in DIP, Jebel Ali or Discovery Gardens, this is your gym.
