Talise Fitness at Madinat Jumeirah is the city's most beautifully located gym - Technogym-equipped throughout, with outdoor pool access, sauna, spa use, tennis courts and a setting that looks across the Burj Al Arab visible over the Madinat waterway. Non-hotel members can join as day members or on monthly contracts, and the rate reflects the location - this is fitness as luxury resort experience. The group class timetable covers Pilates, yoga, cycling and circuit training, and the outdoor training terrace by the pool is used for yoga and Pilates in winter. If you're staying at Madinat, using the gym is mandatory.
