Reform Athletica is Dubai's most design-forward Pilates and movement studio - a beautifully curated space in Al Wasl where Lagree Megaformer classes, classical reformer Pilates and yoga flow share an architectural interior that makes you feel calm the moment you walk in. The instructors are exceptional - most trained internationally and several compete and teach internationally. Classes are small (maximum 10 on the Megaformer, 12 on the reformer), which means real hands-on correction and a genuinely personalised experience. The infrared sauna and meditation room for post-class recovery make this a full-hour well-being experience.
