The Best in Dubai is a young, independent guide to the city. We score restaurants, bars and lifestyle venues from real review data, write practical guides for people moving here, and build tools like the salary calculator and neighbourhood comparisons. Our readers are expats and visitors making real decisions: where to live, where to eat, what a salary is worth here.

Ways to
work with us
Data partners
Rents, salaries, school fees, commute times: our tools are only as good as the data behind them. If you hold numbers that help people decide, we would like to build on them, with full credit.
Relocation and employers
Our guides and calculators are written for people moving to Dubai. Relocation firms, schools and employers who want to point new arrivals somewhere useful should talk to us.
Press and media
Writing about Dubai and need a source on venues, neighbourhoods or the cost of living? We are happy to share how our scores work and what the data says.
Advertising
We do not sell advertising today. If that changes, it will be clearly labelled, kept outside our scores and lists, and never involve the venues we rate.
What we
will never sell.
Every score is an aggregate of real ratings, weighted by review count, and it moves only when that data moves. That is the whole product, so none of it is for sale.
Not for sale, at any price
