Hatta Wadi Hub is Dubai's most comprehensive outdoor adventure base - a lakeside facility at the Hatta Dam offering mountain biking on 30km of graded trails, kayaking and pedal boats on the dam reservoir, a zip line, archery range, and marked hiking paths into the Hajar Mountain foothills. The mountain bike trails span beginner to advanced blue and red routes, with a dedicated bike hire and skills area. The setting - turquoise reservoir flanked by dramatic rocky mountains, completely unlike flat coastal Dubai - makes every activity more enjoyable than its urban equivalent. 90 minutes from the city; feels like another country.
