UFC GYM Al Quoz is the most comprehensive combat sports facility in Dubai - a proper boxing ring, a full-sized octagon, a dedicated BJJ training space with mats, and a complete free weights and cardio floor all under one roof. Striking, grappling, MMA and conditioning classes run throughout the day with coaches who have genuine fight backgrounds. The gym attracts a mix of hobbyists, serious amateurs and working fighters, and the culture is focused but non-intimidating. Weight training facilities are strong even for members who never step foot in the ring. Excellent value for what you get.
