Zen Yoga in Al Wasl is one of Dubai's most spiritually genuine yoga studios - a community space rather than a boutique fitness brand, where the emphasis is on authentic practice rather than performative wellness. Hot yoga, Yin, Restorative, Pranayama and Meditation classes run throughout the week alongside monthly sound healing sessions and kirtan evenings. The studio community is long-established and warm, and the drop-in pricing makes it accessible for visitors and newer residents without committing to packages. Teacher training programmes attract serious practitioners from across the region.
