partial scoreDubai Fountain Show
Downtown Dubai · 57WG+JH - Burj Khalifa - Downtown Dubai - Dubai - United Arab Emirates
The world's largest choreographed fountain show on the Burj Lake, free every evening.
The Dubai Fountain is the world's largest choreographed fountain system - 275 metres of dancing water jets that shoot plumes up to 150 metres into the air, set to a rotating programme of classical, Arabic, and international music. Shows run every thirty minutes after sunset from the Burj Lake below the Burj Khalifa, and the viewing promenade surrounding the lake offers spectacular free vantage points at every angle. The 6pm show as the sky darkens is particularly magnetic. The Dubai Mall lakefront boardwalk is the closest free vantage point, though the elevated bridge near the Souk Al Bahar offers a better photographic angle. Each performance runs about five minutes - short enough that the experience never overstays its welcome. Arrive ten minutes before the show starts to secure a good position on busy evenings. It is free, unmissable, and exactly as impressive as it sounds.
