The Sum of Us is Dubai's most beloved all-day brunch café - a perpetually packed Business Bay institution serving outstanding coffee, house-baked sourdough, proper eggs and a brunch menu that resists fashionable additions in favour of doing the classics properly. The shakshuka is consistently excellent, the sourdough toast with smashed avocado remains the signature despite its cliché status (justified in this case), and the house-roasted coffee is some of the best in the city.
