Amazonico Dubai brings the Amazon rainforest into a DIFC brunch - a theatrical interior of tropical plants, palm fronds, toucans (artificial) and a DJ building toward a party atmosphere as the afternoon progresses. The food is South American - ceviche, tuna tartare, Wagyu skewers, grilled sea bass - and the caipirinha free-flow provides the correct spirit for the occasion. The crowd is the Dubai fashion-forward set, dressed for evening rather than casual brunch, and by 3pm the dance floor section near the bar has usually started. Less raucous than Coya, more theatrical in its interior concept.
