Indego by Vineet at Grosvenor House is one of the few Michelin-pedigree Indian restaurants in Dubai, and the Friday brunch serves a sharing spread of Vineet Bhatia's signature refined Indian cuisine - not a curry buffet, but proper plating of dishes like butter chicken reimagined, tandoori lobster, spiced lamb rack and vegetarian thali that demonstrate what serious Indian cooking looks like. A free-flow cocktail package focuses on Indian-inspired spiced drinks. The Friday crowd is a sophisticated Indian and international mix that knows the food and dresses accordingly. The terrace in winter is one of Dubai's best brunch spots.
