Bahri Bar at Mina A'Salam, Madinat Jumeirah, offers one of the great bar settings in the world: an over-water terrace with an unobstructed view of the Burj Al Arab just 300 metres away across the waterway. The mezze menu is Arabic and excellent, the cocktails are well-made, and the service is warm. There is nowhere in Dubai you can stare at the Burj Al Arab while sipping a drink this closely, this comfortably.
