Studio Lagree Dubai in Downtown brings the Megaformer Pilates method to the heart of the city - a low-impact, high-intensity resistance training system that operates at a slow, controlled tempo that makes it substantially harder than it looks. Classes are 50 minutes, machines hold a maximum of 10 students, and instructors circulate constantly to correct form. The Lagree method builds a particular kind of full-body strength - core-centric, joint-friendly and incredibly effective for body composition - that clients describe as unlike anything else they've done.
