Indego by Vineet at Grosvenor House in Dubai Marina is the flagship of Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia's Dubai presence, a restaurant that elevated Indian fine dining in the Gulf when it opened and continues to set the benchmark. The menu presents classical Indian flavours through a contemporary lens - a duck chaat with passion fruit, a lamb chop with spiced mustard, a chocolate samosa for dessert. The service is impeccable and the wine list surprisingly well-matched to the spice-driven cooking.
