Barry's Dubai brings the original Hollywood HIIT concept to the Opus - a treadmill-and-floor interval class in the iconic red-lit room, with instructors whose energy levels are clinically implausible and a playlist that makes 50 minutes feel like 25. The class alternates between treadmill sprints and strength floor sections targeting specific muscle groups on a daily rotation - legs Monday, abs and arms midweek, full body on weekends. The Fuel Bar serves protein shakes and pre-workout post-class. The changing rooms are the nicest in Dubai's boutique fitness scene. It's expensive, it's loud, and it works.
