Al Dawaar is Dubai's original revolving restaurant, perched on the 25th floor of the Hyatt Regency Deira and completing a full rotation every 90 minutes over the Creek, old Dubai and the city skyline beyond. The international buffet is wide-ranging and well-executed, but the real reason to visit is the view: watching the Creek and the Deira skyline slowly turn beneath you while eating is one of Dubai's most distinctively nostalgic experiences.
