Ossiano's Friday brunch is arguably Dubai's most theatrical dining experience - a multi-course tasting menu served inside the Ambassador Lagoon at Atlantis, with 65,000 marine animals drifting past floor-to-ceiling windows as you eat. Seahorses, sharks, rays and tropical fish provide the most extraordinary backdrop to a meal. Chef Grégoire Berger's cooking is Michelin-quality - the brunch menu rotates seasonally and is as seriously conceived as the dinner tasting. This is a special occasion restaurant rather than a weekly brunch habit, and the price reflects it. Whether it's the most memorable brunch in Dubai is not a debate worth having - it self-evidently is.
