Iris Dubai at Meydan Racecourse runs one of the city's most straightforwardly enjoyable Friday pool brunches - a full infinity pool experience with a swim-up bar, included sunbed, free-flow premium drinks and a DJ building energy through the afternoon. Food is a generous shared spread of mezze, grills and Asian-inspired dishes that circulates poolside. The crowd is dress-to-impress, the vibe is upbeat, and the Meydan location is genuinely spacious compared to the smaller rooftop pool parties around the city.
