partial scoreMichelin-starred modern Indian tasting menu in an intimate 12-seat studio.
Trèsind Studio is the most ambitious Indian restaurant in Dubai - a 20-seat, chef's-table experience delivering a 20-course tasting menu that reimagines the Indian subcontinent through the lens of modern gastronomy. Chef Himanshu Saini draws on regional traditions from Kashmir to Kerala, transforming familiar ingredients into preparations that are technically flawless and deeply personal. The menu changes with the season; no two visits are identical. Dining here is unhurried and immersive - a theatrical progression of courses where the storytelling is as considered as the food. The space is intimate and the service attentive without being formal. At AED 700+ per person before drinks, it is not a casual evening out. But for a single, exceptional meal that benchmarks what Indian fine dining can be, Trèsind Studio has no equal in the city.
