Treehouse at SLS Dubai is one of the city's most enchanting bar concepts - a lush, foliage-draped elevated terrace in Business Bay that transports guests to an urban jungle entirely removed from the glass towers below. Tropical cocktails, sharing plates, and a sun-dappled setting attract a creative, sociable crowd looking for something beyond the standard Dubai rooftop formula. The greenery is genuine and the atmosphere genuinely relaxed. The Business Bay canal views towards the Burj Khalifa provide a photogenic backdrop without the associated premium. Happy hour runs Sunday to Thursday from 5pm to 7pm. Arrive early on weekend evenings to secure outdoor seating - by 9pm it fills completely with groups who have discovered that Treehouse occupies a rare space between upscale and unpretentious. The cocktail menu is inventive and the kitchen turns out solid sharing plates throughout.
