Folie at ME Dubai is a rooftop sky bar in Business Bay with some of the most dramatic views of the Dubai Water Canal and the city skyline. The curved glass architecture of the ME Hotel creates a striking frame for sunsets, and the cocktail menu is genuinely creative. The crowd is fashionable and the service is attentive without being intrusive. One of the best newer rooftop additions to Dubai's bar landscape.
