Dubai Sports City Cricket Ground is one of the finest cricket facilities in the Middle East - a properly maintained turf wicket ground that has hosted international T20 matches and serves Dubai's enormous expat cricket community with organised weekend leagues, net sessions and the cricket academy's junior and senior coaching programmes. The ground is floodlit and operational year-round, with the summer leagues running Friday and Saturday evenings when temperatures are more manageable. The facility level matches that of English county cricket - a proper experience for serious cricketers rather than a corporate entertainment centre.
